@mattwilkie If you look closely beneath the gray mask, you can see that it circles your guess, circles the correct location, and draws a line between. Like many such online games (e.g., FreeRice.com) the main problem with it is the squandered potential: how about not only showing the correct location, but also providing a synopsis of culture and history and relevant links? Then you could actually learn something (and waste a lot more time :-),
