@Ben Well, it's obviously ridiculous to roll for 3 levels of HP when one of them was meant to be automatically max, then just accept it because you happened to roll max on one of the dice.

Especially when the other 2 rolls were a 1 and a 2.

24 is what you'd get if you had taken the average.

I'm just saying, you guys are selling this Hans guy seriously short.

*She gives him an almost-sweet smile along with this.

*Hans looks around again... Slightly frustrated, he comes and takes the scroll. "Thankyou. I will look at this as soon as I have time. You are dismissed."

*He looks around again as he heads back to his seat

The scroll is written in what looks to be some sort of fey script, although oddly enough, for some reason, he can read the words, albeit not make sense of the incantation they form.

(does he recognize it as fey -- and what are his attitudes towards fey, for that matter?)

"I'm sorry, but I need to be discreet. There are eyes everywhere... Every since the death of the Queen, I have been watched..."

"I realize that you may perceive me to be one of the bad guys, but I'm not. I'm attempting to find the real killers, and the only way I can do that is from the inside"

(end of RP...Jherala got very lucky the second sneak-attack didn't land, because she would be on the brink of death if not dead if it landed)
