@JourneymanGeek I thought the maximum suspension was one year. And I have only noticed one user getting such a ban on Server Fault. I don't even know, what the person did to deserve such a ban.

@JourneymanGeek I think the user I saw with a one year suspension had started reopen votes on a lot of old closed questions, but I don't know if that qualifies for a one year suspension.
