Just gained privileges to create chat rooms... What's the typical purpose/use? If I decide I want to talk w/ someone 1-on-1 to try to have a more "live" convo to help them?
@JimNim: pretty much, or on the rare occasion you need a permanent 'special' channel - we used to use them for co-ordinating closevotes in the old days for example.
