Trade show coordinator finally calls me back yesterday, had no idea what I was talking about, called back later admitting it wasn't on their site yet but would email it to me. Get in and its waiting for me ---- oh but the early pricing deadline past. It was YESTERDAY!

hmm, there's a bit of deck building and a bit of race to the finish type stuff

the board is very dynamic so the replayability would be high...if I wanted to play it again :P

I was very happy to have finished watching Westworld last night without having anything spoiled by fan theories

the show is a bit slow to get going but that was a spectacular finish!

I'm watching a few documentary type things on Netflix and spending more and more time playing chess and drinking :\ thats probably not a good thing

It definitely could have been the board we drew or the deck cards we got but I would have liked to see a lot more offensive maneuvers against other players

it was mostly just isolated and building yourself up to move your meeples to the end

ah yeah, Don X. is not great at player interaction

He also designed Dominion and Kingdom Builder, neither of them excel at player interaction

Towards the end it felt like one player was doing really well and the three others couldn't do much to hinder his progress

I was hoping for some kind of "nuke" card that would have messed him up but never saw anything of the sort

yeah, I know that feeling. I played Mystic Vale a couple weeks back and I hated it because of the impossibility to catch up from being behind
