what's the best show on television discluding Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad?
or the best movie that's come out in the last two years

I like Walking Dead and Hell on Wheels if you're talking drama. As for movies, I think Man of Steel or Oz have been the best I've seen in a couple years. But I haven't seen every recent movie.

not sure if it counts, but BBC's Sherlock is really good
maybe older than 2 years though

is it possible to rearrange the order of projects presented in your behance profile?
I started with most recent, and as you add projects, it prefixes them, so I'm going to wind up with my oldest work being shown first... which isn't exactly pretty

no idea, sorry!

=/
trying to get a lazy portfolio up
with the moving situation, I can't really apply for serious jobs anywhere at the moment.. but I need to grab unemployment, as bummish as it is. in order to do so, I need to apply for three jobs a week, but not get accepted, and preferably not have to get interviews that I need to fail. One of the jobs I applied for today, without giving a portfolio or cover letter asked me about coming in for an interview 2 hours later

haha

which feels great, but it's kind of just making things a real pain atm

you should tell them something came up and you won't be able to work for more than x time
maybe they are interested in a contract

might work out

Q: Convert greyscale image to transparent

LiohAuI have a greyscale image that I would like to convert to a transparent one, and I have no idea of how to do it. What I would like is a step by step explanation of how can I obtain an image where the darkest grey pixel becomes the less transparent one, and the lighter grey pixel becomes the mos...

this is a duplicate, but I can't find the other one
here's the one I'm thinking of

hello!
valuable life lesson: plate of curry on top of laundry basket full of clean clothes to take upstairs = terrible idea

hahaha nooo
clean white clothes? and what type of curry?
this can make a big difference

one was my wife's white shirt she wears when she coaches :/ I used a vindaloo paste so it's kinda orange now...put in the wash right away so hopefully it'll get out

:s
now I'm hungry!

this is a good dinner. quinoa, pierogies, tomatoes from the garden, vindaloo paste, and a piece of salmon

sounds amazing and healthy :)
I love quinoa
the grain of the future!
(or so they say)

if people can scale it. prices have gone up because demand has skyrocketed but supply hasn't kept up

really? It's quite cheap here, still
I buy it by weight

i read an interesting piece awhile back (can't find it) where they were talking about how corn, wheat, and other mainstream staples have a lot of things going for it to make it more viable as a mainstream staple: in particular, grants and research dollars going to make products with higher yields
quinoa is still very much a "poor farmer in the mountains" kind of thing, which is cool for them because they are making a better living now, but it means that quinoa can only scale so much

yes, that is true
