They don't need to though, it's 100% true that downloading a font will take longer than rendering a font that already exists on the machine such as Arial, you just have to decide whether the time it takes is acceptable
I agree with that, but if you look at analytics and reports about page load time and how it affects your sites health and how many visitors you get you'll have scene (:P) that it really matters
ya Ive looked at it all types of things. Ive even reviewed on taking every element and compressing/minifying everything. Ive taken all images to .png and compressed them

Another option is to:
Create the layer
Add the styles you want
Right click the layer and select Copy Layer Styles
Hold CTRL/CMD and select the other layers you want to add the styles to
Right click one and Paste Layer Styles.

My clipping mask was working in when it was just text. I have added an image to the text and the clipping mask no longer works even if I group the text and the image. Any ideas?
I was working in Illustrator but could do in Photoshop too - whatever works!
So... I just got off the phone with Wacom. Did you know that in order to replace the surface of an Intuos 5 it's now a warranty repair??? You can't just buy a surface sheet? How the heck is that good customer service? 10 days (plus shipping) to repair and be without the tablet?
Well the tablet is fine. But the surface is now smooth as glass and the skin on my wrist sticks to it.. tearing up my skin. I've been using a smudge glove the past few weeks jsut to not stick tot eh tablet
I'd do the work as long as I never felt the need to share it or build a portfolio around it. Basically I don't morally object to it... but I wouldn't want it on my professional record
