Alright, but if the dice are truly random and don't rely on the previous result, what could have been a 1+0 -> 6+0 could just be a 4+2.

Any roll could be a 4+2.

Or a 1+2, 2+2 or 3+2.

@Metool I get what you are saying that does make sense. the +2 adds to each dice. That could cause it's own set of issues though if you roll all high dice

as a summoner I would say str would be a safe thing to 'dump'

Str altering items are common and you have a constant summon to assist you with str based checks if needed

There's an odd hole in the rules, though, when a biped chooses a quadruped eidolon. There's no clause about it, so I have to ask.

I'm torn. I'm not familiar with PF and one thing that really intrigued me was playing a syntethist eidolon summoner, but I guess that could become an armpower race against Metool and I don't really need that.
