Does anybody have access to a hard copy of NAB? Or a good link will do. I can mostly only find NABRE.
I'm looking for the line division in Isaiah 5:7ab. I claimed in this answer that it went "The vineyard of the LORD of / hosts is the house of Israel", following the source cited making the same point, but that breaks a Hebrew construct chain (which has a single accent, so effectively breaking in half the accent), which seems inadmissible to me, but what do I know?
I'm wondering if the NAB actually did that. The Vatican page doesn't format the chapter as poetry at all.

Q: Seemingly, my Dad was adopted out of a Jewish family into a protestant family just before World War 2. Why would this happen?

HilsMy Dad was born in 1937. We have his original birth certificate and other bits of information that clearly indicate his birth mother was Jewish and living in London. 18 months later, for whatever reason, he was adopted into a protestant family, his name changed and he was Baptised into the church...

Q: Is there a simple way to edit an answer to make scriptural references hyper links?

Kris I answered a question and included lots of scrip citation but it is not easy to read like others who make hyper links to for example bible gateway how cn I edit to make this happen

@Susan This one is a newer edition, but apparently uses the 1970 (original NAB) text for the OT.

Thanks, @Nathaniel! Looks to me like they're counting counting that all as one line and have the break just for space. I guess it's technically only 4 accents altogether, so maybe.

Has anyone else been experiencing delays lately in the review queue? Sometimes the site has been taking ten or fifteen seconds, or more, to respond to clicks and complete tasks.

@LeeWoofenden haven't been in it long/often enough to notice a difference.
@Susan I can have a look. We got our family Bible at our wedding in 2005, before the NABRE came out, so it should be the right version.

@MattGutting You would definitely notice this. For me, there are sometimes long delays, which has never happened previously. This has just been in the past couple of days. I'm trying to figure out if it's a server problem or if the problem is at my end.

Q: Can part of a question be answered?

Jon the ArchitectIf a question is asking for a survey of beliefs, should one representative response be allowed to exist as an answer, with the hope that other belief representation will also exist as separate answers? It would seem so, since multiple answers can exist.

@Mr.Bultitude: Trying to reply to a message in another room?

@El'endiaStarman Yeah, testing whether that was possible. It's not, which makes sense.
