@LeeWoofenden and @El'endiaStarman So far, the flag handling has been pretty straightforward, and I see a lot of bad answers being cleaned up. I think it's pretty good for the site.

@David I'm glad you're handling them. I've had a significant lack of motivation and eagerness today. I blame the overcast weather.

If you want more to close, English.SE still has over 700. Stack Overflow only has 400+ at the moment.

@El'endiaStarman YW. @David is correct, many bad answers were caught (often with a small +vote even) and deleted in the process.

Also, I think it's really cool how people are communicating across the network to help each other handle the spike.

(Mostly unrelated) - I got my first gold badge with my 500th helpful flag today. I had 495 before, so spike wasn't needed to go over it, but didn't hurt
