@TRiG Personally, I don't have a problem with it. I pointed it out because the people who do it, do so so that others can see that they have no respect, love, appreciation for the country nor any intention of working within the system to better it.
The image I hoped to paint is if you had a stranger come over to your house, you take good care of them, feed them and plenty of other nice things. And then they start saying stuff like "Your house sucks." "There's nothing good here." "You're a loser."

Q: Christian Identity - what about the racists?

ShemSegerSo there is a christian-identity tag, which appears to be used to tag questions about what identifies people as Christians, but I've recently discovered the Christian Identity Movement, where "Christian Identity" refers to a wide variety of loosely affiliated believers and churches with a white s...

@fredsbend Yes, on a couple occasions. See for example the last paragraph here.

I am over 30, but I wanna be a priest. I am in reduced circumsances, but the Bible is so stimulating, I wanna study the Bible and spread the WORD.
What should I do? And would God approve it? I need to retrain, you know, for sustenance.
I went to retraining boot camps, but the Bible this nun gave me on the street changed my mind.

@user4550 there certainly are cases where God has called people to preach late in life, but I don't think any of us is qualified to tell you if that's God's call on your life right now
I'd recommend talking to a local priest or pastor that you trust
they would also know a lot more about the local resources available to help you with that pursuit if you decide to move forward with it

@El'endiaStarman Technically, everyone in America is here because of immigration, including Native Americans. My ancestors have been here more than 15,000 years, but even they originally came from somewhere else.

@BruceAlderman so maybe we should make a meme with a TRex asking a Native American to leave

@AJHenderson Maybe a mastodon, since they allegedly were hunted into extinction.

hmm, good point
of course, the real irony of the whole immigration thing is that particularly in the case of skilled workers, bringing them in to the country would actually increase jobs
and land value

That's true, but why bring facts into the debate?

I just enjoy watching people stab themselves in the foot

@Caleb Thanks.
I suspect that most women that participate on forums regularly get used to being called 'he' and 'him'.
Now that I know, I can be correct.
@BruceAlderman Facts. Humph! Those pesky little things. Always challenging my presuppositions.

Anybody have any ideas on the on-topic nature of this question now? christianity.stackexchange.com/questions/34815/…
See revision 10 in case she changes it again: christianity.stackexchange.com/revisions/34815/10
I think that it's probably okay now.
You certainly have to appreciate her tenacity.
I don't think I've edited any single post more than three for four times.
