@JeffSchaller it is an interesting subject: Why does an answer which goes like bubleblubble,repeatme100times, etc.. qualify as R/A, but the one we are discussing might (or by the rules should) be interpreted as NAA or VLQ (not English), while we found out, using a translator , that the purpose was never to answer the Q per-se. I personally think there is a lot of trolling going on on philosophic/religious SE sites... And it might spoil over to the programming sites...
@Vickel I agree - very interesting! I was about to mention in my last chat that Meta.SO probably has a stockpile of discussion around the subject. That's where I lose grips with the finer points of flag handling there. For CHQ, I try to refer back to the guidelines of the project, and keep reminding myself that I forget almost as many things as I learn :)

@JeffSchaller That pattern looks like it's already caught by Blacklisted website in body, Potentially bad keyword in answer, Potentially bad keyword in body, and Blacklisted website in answer Append -force to the command word(s) if you really want to add the pattern you provided.
