I guess since you're using a desktop you want need this.. which is kinda a bummer since I was hoping for someone to read my answer and tell me if it was clear enough.
While browsing on slow internet at another person's house, there was a little bit of lag when I clicked on the site switcher. It was enough to trigger the tooltip. What it read surprised me:

But wait... don't we only have 117 sites? I'd imagine that th...

I have a David vs Goliath case here involving a teen moderator on Stack Overflow. His display name is BoltClock.
I'm a low reputation SO user (less than 150 points) who was recently suspended for Voting Irregularities by BoltClock. Eventually the mistake was corrected by another non-teen moderat...
@AnnonomusPerson Eh, I dunno. Homepage needs work, install process needs a little work, prettyifying all of the pages... oh yeah, it needs to actually upload the picture to Instagram.
You get a lot of crap and clean up a lot of crap... and both simultaneously sometimes. Often, someone doesn't like a decision you made, but you're trying to keep the community together. But it's fun...

Actually, I should leave soon. Maybe you just need 10k?
Basically, when a chat message is edited, the userid/username sent through the websocket is that of the editor, making the message seemingly owned by the editor. This removes the reply option and puts the message under the editor's username in the sidebar.

@hichris123 Question... all of it is indented 3/4 tabs!
