@AndrewLeach Smokey gets his data from this page which shows active questions. That means the question in question will show up any time it is asked, answered or anything on it is edited, hence the bot reevaluating it. I believe there is code in place so he doesn't post things twice, but we have to restart him once an hour so our websockets connection doesn't get closed and then that resets (afaik).

@AndrewLeach I theory it keeps track of questions that it's already posted, but it's not the best at it.
