An edit just showed up in the review queue for a post that looks like a job for a moderator. superuser.com/questions/703087/… started out 3 yrs ago on SO, where it was tagged with Excel and Google spreadsheet. It received an accepted answer that applies only to Google spreadsheet and another applicable to either. Then it was migrated here. WebApps is the obvious home. What to do with it?
