@JourneymanGeek, in fairness to Michael, the same person who "isn't really a site regular" has recently devoted a lot of time and effort (more than once) recently to expressing his displeasure with our Suggested Edits status quo. That includes extensive edits to the most popular Meta SE answer to use as ammunition.

To those of us who are relatively new and trying to contribute to the community as best as we can, his very strong opinions and associated demeanor come across as much more than merely a site regular.

@Run5k oh, yeah but it's a somewhat throwaway comment from an extended time ago, and I was saying it in relation to a long term, implicit way of doing things here.
