youtube.com/watch?v=HqnpVhsh18s – Is this sort of content, if posted on a Stack Exchange site, worthy of an offensive flag?
Funny at first glance, but very likely to be seen as offensive (bunnies don't scream like this unless they're in great pain).

errrrrr
Depends on context
I totally can see that something that could be the start of a pets.se or skeptics.se question
(but that's really a question for their communities)
On SU? I completely can't see any contexts where that would belong on SU

Q: Can a bath really kill a rabbit?

James JenkinsThere is some controversy on bathing rabbits. There are multiple claims that bathing a rabbit can cause a fatal shock at the same time there are multiple videos online of bunnies getting a bath. While I find several respected rabbit authorities repeating this warning, I am not finding any reli...

> Try to avoid getting water in their nose. This is as uncomfortable to a rabbit as it is to you, and they do not have the ability to blow their nose like we do.

One person commented to the video:
> I think it got water in its nose

Anyway, except for a few cases (like clearly NSFW stuff), most of the time, if you need to flag something its not an absolute
(Oh, and spam. But spam's a unique case)
So with something like a shrieking bunny, we consider the intent with which said video was posted first. If the intent is fine but its still disturbing, and we can show the issue another way we may politely ask the user to substitute with something else.
If the user goes herp derp (various impolite words) and links it, then sure, he's clearly trying to be offensive
(also a lot of dogs hate it to. And water in the ears can be bad too, and result in ear infectiosn)

@rkmax Could I please ask that if you find dead image links and their replacements then either check to see if the hosting site (Imgur) is down or re-upload them to the stack Imgur account rather than the wayback machine

@Mokubai: That got cut off methinks.

@JourneymanGeek stupid Android keyboard

@JourneymanGeek Should have already been a user@site superping
there you go.
(if you superpinged him, oh well)

Hi. I noticed there's an answer that's had an edit in the past, that adds potentially harmful instructions which aren't actually relevant to the answer. I removed these instructions in an edit, but they were rejected by a moderator because "it deviates from the original intent of the post". That's not the case, the harmful instructions weren't present in the original post. Perhaps I am misunderstanding something?

got a link?

How's it harmful?

It changes the powershell execution policy.

10:54 AM
And? Assume I don't know powershell at all (I don't)

The setting controls which kinds of script files are allowed to run. It doesn't affect commands typed or pasted into powershell. It's dangerous, because executing the command replaces the previous policy even if it was set differently. And in this case it's useless, because it only allows signed scripts.
but in any case, @Mokubai already removed that part :)

@Zr40 I've deleted our comments on that answer to keep it tidier.
Probably should have come in here and seen this sooner...

12:00 PM
@Mokubai Thanks. The comment box only started suggesting moving the discussion over to here after I made the formatting edits. I actually haven't used the chat on any stack exchange site before, so now I know :)
I've also removed my original comment, because the instruction to change the execution policy is gone now.

Is the default desktop wallpaper a jpeg stored somewhere? I have a non-registered version of windows10 and they block the background settings when you've not activated windows :)
I'd like to locate that file, and change it

hmm C:\Windows\Web

@crl you probably want to either ask a question on the main site superuser.com/questions/ask or in our dedicated chat room root access. This particular room is for problems requiring moderator input or discussion about the site itself.

Oh right sorry

@Mokubai Sure, I used Wayback Machine because it is comfortable, but I'll re-upload

@rkmax I had rolled back the update as the original links seemed fine, I suspect imgur had gone down for a few

Hey folks. Anyone else see this question/answer thread? Note the username of the question asker, “Andrew Pfluger” and then the name of one of the answerers, “Pflugs”. Is this the same person gaming the system? Both users are new to the site?

Not sure. There are nontrivial differences with the two accounts. At first glance, I thought the user may have forgotten his account credentials.
It's entirely possible that this is a voting ring.
I have little experience with identifying voting rings (see meta.stackexchange.com/questions/222412/…; my specialization is spam identification).
If a mod can give me any pointers, I'm all ears.
Stack Exchange does not prohibit multiple accounts as long as they not abused; see meta.stackexchange.com/questions/169374/…
I've caught quite a few instances of spam detection evasion attempts through multiple accounts, but I don't see any abusive sockpuppetry signals in your case.

11:51 PM
@DragonLord: Fair enough, but will say it is an awful odd coincidence name-wise and rep wise.

In any case, flagged for mod attention.
I lack the tools to more closely examine the accounts.

@DragonLord: Thanks for the assist; my flag ability is “flagging” nowadays (Ha!) so need to wait the grace period for now.
