A relatively new user posted a solution to the first question, but posted it on the second question, which it doesn't answer. I don't want it to get downvoted and would like to accept it as an answer on the first question.

If you're curious, the site does look generic, (which is a bad sign).

She does have a fairly active SO account, and twitter as linked there dosen't seem spambottish.

If I have a question regarding windows server but that can be answered by only yes or no, should I ask it on the website? I'm not sure where to go for this

Is it something that could potentially help others too? Is it a specific question, including any research you may have done on your own? Is it a legit issue you're running into, or a theoretical one?
