Is it normal if someone just downvote a question without explaining the reason? I don't know if I'm wrong, but I think it should be a requirement, it looks like some people downvote without even reading the entire question. Thanks!
 
@AlissonReinaldoSilva People ask that a lot. Votes are supposed to be mostly secret so folks arn't worried about people revenge downvoting
Explaining is nice but not mandatory
That said, if you want I can critique said question ;p

@AlissonReinaldoSilva On the Windows Explorer crashing, downvotes could be due to: using bold and italics all over the place; putting details in comments when they should be in the question; marking sections as being edited when it's already visible when you edit; talking about the voting; leaving out words that make it hard to understand what the situation is
