Q: 2x4's are not really 2x4. How does this affect the integrity of a structure?

anonymousBuffalo2x4's are about 1.5" x 3.5" in reality. How does this affect the integrity of a structure? Or do the engineers just do their math with 1.5" x 3.5"?

@mmathis If says "wholesale" you'll likely need a company tax ID number. Even if it does say that, if it also says "open to the public" you should be all good either way, but I'd call to confirm. Google, "[trade] supply".
