pets mods: is the "anecdotal needs references" post notice on this site in addition to the standard three ("citation needed", "current event" and "insufficient explanation"), or does it replace one of them?

We've recently been getting a lot of new users on Home Improvement providing anecdotes rather than answers and I'm thinking about a meta post to ask for something similar.
