@Kareen TBH, after three answers that kind-of answered the question but didn't really fit with the information I was looking at, I appreciated your pointing out that I was looking at France answers. :) It didn't even occur to me.

@anonymous2 Yeah, that must have been so confusing. I'm glad I checked your profile, I had a feeling it was a Canadian question, but I wasn't sure.

@Kareen Somewhat confusing to say the least. Plus I was trying to figure out the way the English system works (which I'm not all that familiar with to begin with), so I had three systems running around in my head, two of which I thought were the same thing, so it became... Konphuzing.
