@MarcusMüller @OlliNiemitalo - maybe the issue to be raised is that some stackexchange sites just don't and never will operate on the volume of Stack Overflow. DSP's most upvoted question has less than 200 votes. SO has questions with over 10k upvotes. Shouldn't the rules for when a user gets a certain privilege be to some degree relative to the volume of questions and size of total user base?
