For today's part 1 I thought the "workflows" looked a lot like dfns and came up with this abomination:

Well I ended up using Emacs regexp replace, cannot resist the temptation using dfns syntax 
⍝ ^\([a-z]+\){ → \1←{
⍝ , →  ⋄
⍝ \([xmas][><]\) → ⍵.\1
⍝ \([A-Z]\) → '\1'
⍝ \([: ][a-z]+\) → \1 ⍵
