@user1046533 These two lists are indeed one way to get lots of questions like those I request. In particular, CRQ (closed recent questions) is better than the standard delete review queue since that queue does not include questions without any delete-votes.
@user1046533 There is good reason to focus on more recent questions, since the consensus against PSQs was only clear from about 2016 onwards. So when searching for PSQs using those lists, I don't search old threads. However, if I come across a PSQ when browsing the site, and I think the thread truly has zero value, I don't care how old it is, because it would be pointless to keep it around.

we can see the closed questions easily with "closed:yes" and the downvoted with "score:...-1" Usually I use those search methods to find posts for CURED. Unfortunately, some of the heavily and not closed questions are close-worth as well , I found those by looking at posts of particular topics or by looking for revent activities , but such posts often remain unnoticed.

@Peter I guess you mean "heavily upvoted". =)

I am not aware of an algorithm for finding posts for CURED and honestly, I do not think it makes sense to do this algorithmically. Some automatic softwares may have been realized nevertheless.
@user21820 Yes, just wanted to edit it, but one has no time here to do that ...

Ah yea the time limit is a bit too short.

@user21820 Exactly. Some old posts were already off-topic according to the standards at the time when they were posted.

what has this answer to do with what is asked in the question ?

@Peter Good question. I fail to recognize the pattern and a connection to the question.
Does anybody understand this answer: math.stackexchange.com/a/4484741/42969 ?
