Dennis is the only one capable of adding or updating languages, and he's currently inactive (see the starboard for more details), so TIO is currently in "stasis"

I've been maintaining a list of ongoing requests, and I'd be happy to add Nibbles to it, but nothing will happen with TIO until Dennis returns
