@caird I think just add "asking for help with code golf" and that's it... right?
the thing is it's very important to distinguish that mods aren't always going to be the most active or have the most contribution, and especially since we can't do things like cast single votes, we are supposed to hold back and let the community handle things
specifically i've noticed: 1. we don't seem to have as many conflicts (although this might be bias), 2. we have higher community activity and lower new/inexperienced-user activity, 3. we frequently have site-specific needs, and 4. we organize more community events
