Ever wanted to do recursion in functions or lambdas without having to include the full function name?
Well now you can
x calls the current function as if you put the actual function name
For example
@factorial:1|0=[1|n1-@factorial;*];
Can now become
@factorial:1|0=[1|n1-x*];
Of course it's better to use the built-in for factorialing, but I'm simply demonstrating the recursion

Okay so quick heads up, I'm going to be unavailable for the next 8 or 9 hours due to sleep

If anyone has any questions, I'll make sure to answer them as soon as possible

How do you use Vyxal's generators?
@Lyxal Nice, APL has ∇ for doing this in functions
@user I'm trying to create an infinite list of all numbers, then filter, then take the first n elements, but it looks like Ḟ takes a finite list

4:51 PM
Btw decrement seems to be doing 1-x instead of x-1 (link)
Am I just using it wrong or is it a bug?

Looks like I'm the one doing something wrong, since this works
Btw may I move some of the functions in Vyxal.py to a separate file? (bit_or and others). VS Code just gives up when I open it :P

@user you're not the one doing anything wrong
Seems like there's yet another problem with my vectorisation model
@user hmm, I was wanting to keep all the functions together in one file. Last time I did that, I was making Keg and I decided having all my functions externally wasnt the best
VS code loads it well for me though

@Lyxal Oh ok
@Lyxal Oh I see
I'm not used to working on very big projects/files :P
idk why your installation of VS Code can handle it and not mine though
I seem to have messed up the tests but I'll try fixing that
