One of my questions reached over 10,000 views at the weekend and when I was reviewing it I realized that reputation (up votes) doesn't reflect its popularity. It made me think, while the question title was attracting viewers, however the content may not be as useful as it could be.

I am from India , so I have added my time locations in time settings . But i have add only one location but its showing other locations which i haven't added to list . look at the image for the idea of what i m saying.

the date-time indicator shows the time from various timezones using the value of the locations field in dconf. What is the value on your computer for this field.

For a hard drive that has 4 or 5 partitions, I was able to mount one of them using Ubuntu LiveCD:
sudo mount /dev/sda1 /mnt
but is there a way to mount to the other partitions?
(if using sudo fdisk -l, it only shows /dev/sda)
Right now, the fdisk info is as follows:

@AnwarShah IIRC from my own experience, it is possible to get do-release-upgrade to say that if you properly mess up sources.list manually, but I don't see how it could just happen

I have downvoted some 30-odd questions that are quite old (more than 3 months or so), have no votes, no answers and not close...
