Q: No warning before question ban?

MuzeNormally I get a warning before I get a question ban that last for 6 months. Why did I not get a warning this time? Normally when I get one I know to make my next question up vote worthy. Could my questions been so bad it system triggered to skip the warning?

@Barry I took a look at your recent questions. They all seem fine to me. Nothing really out of place or "plain history". Unless there's deleted questions I can't see.
