scifi.stackexchange.com/q/202673/4918 This anime ID question from a few weeks ago has a pretty long text, but very few actually unique details. It's for an anime where a boy with spiked hair summons various different kinds of monsters with either cards or his hands. OP emphasizes that this was somehow done more seriously than the other similar animes, which may be what's stuck with them, but doesn't really help identifying.
At one point they say "I remember the ending of the series pretty well" but then doesn't give any specific detail from the ending that he is sure about.

A: Comment upvote, undo, and then re-upvote: why not?

OdedThe only valid reason for un-upvoting a comment is if the upvote was a mistake. As it stands, you can only un-upvote a comment within 1 minute of upvoting it. Since you have to take a very concious decision to un-upvote, allowing you to upvote after un-upvoting would be rather... inconsistent.

Q: Is Sam Tarly the only person in the current age to have killed a White Walker?

m1gp0zSam Tarly, a brother of the Night’s Watch, bravely stabbed a White Walker to protect Gilly and her "little monster" (unnamed in the books, if I recall). Sam's weapon of choice was a dragonglass dagger diven to him by Jon Snow from a cache of weapons north of the Wall. Since the Battle of Dawn, ...

Thanks.

Q: Old CGI sci fi cartoon

Geoffrey LimI'm looking for an old cartoon, it aired on TV2 in Malaysia dubbed in Malay around 2007 ish. Story wise it took 'inspiration' from Ultraman heavily. It was about a crystalline alien running away with some kind of weapon and crashing on earth in a construction site. A kid got in the middle of a f...

@Jenayah One hopes. I've been trying to at least catch them quickly, before they disappear entirely.

@Jenayah Dunno, it could depend on stuff. Let me fiddle with my browser and make a screenshot.
(As in, I disable some custom settings, just in case that solves the problem.)
@Jenayah ^ Avatar image on profile page is compressed.
It's not cropped as it should be.

Ah indeed, that's ugly.

It's not a sci-fi specific issue, so if you want technical help in working around, ask in chat.meta.stackexchange.com/rooms/89/tavern-on-the-meta

^ what it looks like at mine
Thanks for the headsup then :)
I'll look into it

@Alex one's a bit blurrier but overall that looks okay

@Jenayah That's because one was originally bigger than the other. But they both are the same actual image with the same relative dimensions.

Hmm... I improved my Kaijudo answer (this one). The current dupe-target for this series is scifi.stackexchange.com/q/162516/98028 which is a terse question and kinda terse answer. @FuzzyBoots, do you think it's reasonable to change the dupe-target to the new question?
I mean admittedly I'm bragging a bit but my answer is the most complete out of the three acepted ones :P
Asking you since gold tag badger and all
@Alex where are these two from anyway?

@Jenayah One is from your profile and one is from the bottom of one of your answers.

ok
So this got edited but it's... Still not helpful?

Q: Harry Potter fan-fiction where Dumbledore changes the prophecy

James LawmanThe story of this fan-fiction involves Dumbledore having an altered version of the genuine prophecy, a slightly modified version of the original version from canon is the genuine article here, being told to him in the stupid pub, because it predicted his death, and that’s the one in the departmen...

If anything it's less helpful.

Q: Did Merlin's father Balinor use magic to save Prince Arthur?

eliza doolittlethingsIn the Adventures of Merlin, fandom The Last Dragonlord, Balinor saves Arthur with a medication, then chants something. He later tells Merlin that it is of 'The Old Religion' So, why did Balinor's eyes not change the way Merlin's does when he uses magic? Or was it not magic?

If anyone's feeling up to search for it this query might be a start of sorts:

Q: Trying to find the name of a show that I watched on Cartoon Network, about teenagers who could transform to monsters

MCBatmanTheKidWhat I remember about the show is that some teenagers (3, I think) were some kind of monks that were able to transform through a device (I don't think that it was a power they were born with) into multiple monsters and could transfer monsters from each other. I remember some good vs. evil stuff...

Teenagers "transforming" into monsters? What was science-fiction or fantasy about it? — user14111 May 18 '17 at 6:55

Q: Can someone find this My hero academia Fan-fiction?

James LawmanOkay, so a running story element/ gag in this is a reference to the Ring where All-Might keeps getting a phone call from the villain of those movies, I think it was on Archive Of Our Own.

yeah the edit made it no better

Archive of Our Own had nothing for MHA and The Ring as the work the fiction was based on

@Marvin Argh, I calculated word counts through most of the second book when I discovered the PDF is missing sentences. Now I don't know if any of the data is accurate.
