Could we consider contacting SE about it? One of the privilege levels reduces the number of CAPTCHAs on your account, so it might be easy for them to change something and turn it off outright for the Smokey account.
We should probably at least notify them of the issue, SE seemed to be pretty interested in making sure that Smokey and other bots aren't broken, so they might do something for us (no idea what though)

@ArtOfCode Can you destroy posts 130156, 130157 and 130159? They were caught for an obviously invalid reason which was caused by my wrong patch. The erroneous code is already reverted so there should be no future bad reports.
I thought that titles cannot be shorter than 15 characters so I removed the title length check, which made it catch a few answers (answers' titles are empty) that it shouldn't.
