@Chair Nonsensical gibberish would be VLQ.
E.g. if this revision had been made as a standalone post, rather than being an edit, it would have qualified for a VLQ flag. Of course that's a rather obvious example.
This post probably qualifies as well
Honestly it's kind of rare that the flag finds a legitimate use - at least, rarer than NAA flags or flags to close
