Is there an easy way to make specific head transparent for Part? Something like:
myObj /: Part[myObj[cont_], spec__] := cont[spec]

myObj[<|"version" -> 1|>][["version"]] (*1*)
{myObj[<|"version" -> 1|>]}[[1, "version"]] (*unevaluated*)
but the second example does not work, obviously.

Q: Techniques in debugging with preview of possibly large expressions + garbage collection issues

KubaFirst of all, all appreciate all suggestions how to rephrase the title to make it more friendly. Here's the background: Let's say your top level procedure flow is complicated, involves url calls, calculations etc. You can't check/assert/dialog everything because there is no time for that on pro...

I'm wondering if anyone has seen or is able to reproduce the following GUI problem. Mathematica (11.2) is open on Windows 10. I use remote desktop to log in to that computer. Regardless of whether or not I use Mathematica during the remote session, returning to Mathematica on the host, I find that interactive graphics (i.e. sliders, Manipulate borders) no longer render properly until I restart mathematica.
I'm curious about whether this is a Windows/M112 issue or a general problem with my video card.

Does anyone have access to Mathematica 10.1 or 10.2 please? If yes, please let me know if VectorQ[{}, Developer`MachineIntegerQ] returns True.

Never mind, it seems to be broken up to version 10.4. In 11.0 it is fine.

I am using mathematica 9.1, every evaluation has to be aborted and rerun. It always runs fine the second time. Doesn't matter what I am evaluating.

Could someone try the following on Windows, M11.2?
SeedRandom[42]; g = RandomGraph[{5,6}]; GraphAutomorphismGroup[g]
The last command doesn't evaluate for me. M11.2/OSX is fine and so is M11.1/Windows. I only see the problem with M11.2/Windows.
@Kuba You're on Windows, right?

@Szabolcs yes 11.2 win7

@Kuba Thanks ... Is it really too much to expect to have a unit test for each function?

@Szabolcs were Graphs updated recently? From your reports one can get a feeling that someone in WRI just quit
