@JakeSymons 100 is the highest for any individual rule but 280 is the current autoflagging threshold and even then sometimes we flag something which isn't really spam

ideally these reasons should be completely independent of each other, so that translates to three separate indicators which are pretty sure spam indicators, but in practice, there is often some overlap
e.g. "blacklisted URL in title" and "blacklisted URL in body" are separate reasons, but have a fair amount of overlap (if somebody mentions a URL in the title they probably also mention it in the body)
of course, a blacklisted URL is probably blacklisted for a good reason, so this particular overlap isn't causing a lot of false positives anyway

@all - let's not jump on new people too much - both to SE and Charcoal. We know lots. New people don't. Smokey is interesting and fun, and while testing every single command is irritating, testing some is fine, particularly the fun commands. Y'all know that testing things is more fun than reading wikis.
@JakeSymons Not exactly spam, but it is abusing the site. Note that there's a difference between a user who signed up today to post gibberish (tpu- or k, flag as abusive), and an established user who vandalizes their own post (tp- or v, no flag). In the latter case, the edit should be unrolled, preferably by a user with full editing rights on the site, or maybe through a suggested edit or moderator flag.
