Q: How do you beat frost dragons in Skyrim?

I find these types of Dragons really difficult to face. One strike with their frost breath whipes out most of my heath. I have beaten some before, but I need easier ways, so feel free to tell me anything -Thanks (I am a Dumner or the Dark Elf btw)

In minecraft it matters in which direction you place something. Various redstone devices function slightly different, as do some minecart track layouts. Why is this? How can I avoid it and make use of it (if possible)?

Q: How do you counter Yorick in lane?

It seems no matter what champ i pick, when he gets 6 i cant do anything to him. Even if i can zone him early and deny him creeps, he still comes back to powerful to stop. Top is my favorite lane and he seems quite a common match up in solo-quene
