A: Drop "not constructive", combine "noisy", reword "rude" and "other" comment flags

Shog9Adam makes it happen! This is the new UI for flagging comments: The first flag replaces the former "rude or offensive" flag; the last replaces "other". The middle flag - "no longer needed" - is new, and is intended to cover both "too chatty" and the non-abusive uses of "not constructive". I...

@DoubleAA Nice!
I Googled "mi yodeya" in incognito, on a whim, and found this:
I'm on board with most of that. The last two results, though, are tags with pretty bad descriptions under them. Can we change the search results to show only four, or give a better description of the tags that it selects (probably from the tag wiki)?
...those aren't even our top tags. Not sure why they were selected. Maybe they get the most Google clicks?
@IsaacMoses is probably interested in the above

@Shokhet I doubt we have any way of directly controlling that or any easily-understandable indirect way

@IsaacMoses I had seen some MSE discussion a while ago about Google using text that it shouldn't have in those search results. I couldn't find that exact discussion right now, but I did find this one.

@Shokhet Note that the links to "Shabbat" and "History" there aren't working links to those tags.
Tour, Questions, Meta, and "What does MY mean" are all useful links to have there.

@IsaacMoses You also get judaism.stackexchange.com/?tags=shabbat instead of what happens when you click a tag (judaism.stackexchange.com/questions/tagged/shabbat)
@IsaacMoses Yes. I approve as well.

Shabbat and History are broken, but at least serve to provide an impression of the type of content we have, which is helpful

True. It's not really bad, it just could be better.

I'm basically seeing the best in a situation that's beyond our control anyway.

This is nice: We're the second result (under Incognito) for a search for mi yodea (misspelled)

Nice.
