spy can say "STOP are we at <location>?" at any time (except when the game's already stopped). If they're right, they win. If not, they lose.

they can't ask back, and they shouldn't repeat the question they got

so when can someone guess who the spy is

@BeastlyGerbil @G_as_in_Gnome the goal of the questions is to trap the spy by giving bad info and to allows the people that have roles to gives hints that they know where they are.

Anytime they have a strong enough suspicion

Any time. They just say "Stop: I think [name] is the spy."
