Yeah, for the most part it's what constitutes a valid hand (in the sense that you usually need to form something significant e.g. flush/half flush/all triplets - not covered in this puzzle) and scoring
(fyi there's also a more modern "international" ruleset, where scoring is easier to calculate but the hands allowed can be quite... weird e.g. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/…)
@Deusovi Just renamed "2. Triplets" to "2. Melds" - I forgot that the former is actually usually used for 3 of a kind specifically (wanted to reference the fact that 4-of-a-kind is not present, but oh well the disclaimer will do)
