Therein, the OP clarified that his question is really "how does his deed coincide with the morality of the Torah".
I.e. what was his excuse. The older question that it is marked a duplicate of is why Moshe did it. So they're different. My question to y'all is — is the newer question closureworthy by virtue of inclarity or being a rant? Certainly it can do with cleanup, but is it closureworthy? If hear nothing from the community here, in question comments, in reopen-queue actions, or in reopen votes, I expect I'll reopen it.
