@quartata @Riker I've spent the afternoon training FireAlarm for PPCG. Here are some stats:

Out of a sample of 3,903 posts, with 1,047 of them (26.8%) being off-topic for PPCG:

8.1% of sampled posts were reported

81.4% of reported posts were off-topic

78.0% of non-reported posts were on-topic

I trained it from both the PPCG and SO data dumps, so it should be best at detecting programming questions posted on PPCG, like you asked IIRC.
