The OP responded in comments to hints he was given. I have then edited his attempt into the post, but basically the work has already been done by the OP in the comments.
In the reopen review queue it gained one reopen vote (other users voted to leave closed). I have also cast mine reopen (only now, after the review has already been completed).
I do not claim that it is a great question. But since OP did some work, perhaps it could be reopened. (IIRC having too many closed questions can lead to temporary post ban.)
Perhaps the following comments suggest that in the futer the OP will try to edit his posts to include missing context:
