I had the same problem with the Sabretooth x58. I tried swapping the video card; same problem. Then I swapped the motherboard with EVGA x58 SLI3; works great. I think the northbridge chipset on the Sabretooth goes bad.

Basically you want the one that increases a specific stat the most. Which is not subjective

But knowing which stat is the best one to increase is.

If he is burdend in a stat, or all but one is saturated then its not subjective, but I doubt that's the case.

Intuitively, the "best" loadout is the one that yields the greatest increase in character stats

but I think it would need to be heavily modified to do so

@Mana I agree. It's not for a mod to re-open, but, a heavy edited followed by pinging the original closers would be a good way to go about it.
