well, those are your innermost bounds

then set y=0 in your first equation and solve for z in terms of x, vice/versa

and I think you're missing a bound in your example, but you get the idea

To figure out the bounds, take the 3D region of integration and look at the xy-plane. Draw a line from where it starts to where it ends in the x direction. The constants or functions that determine the end points of the region are your integral bounds for x.
