I have to confess that yesterday (before this got really ugly) I wrote a bot that would vote to restart.
After later learning that this was against the rules (and common sense returned to me) I realized it was a really bad idea.
I think this game could have been fun if "gaming the system" was part of the design. Bot vs. bot.

My only complaint about the design, honestly, is that Restart shouldn't have been part of the pool of items randomly picked in the event of a tie.
