@YEZ Very well then :-) I'm just eager to implement folks' suggestions and wanted to know when to do so :-)

@Lee not a סתירה - you (or anyone) could begin implementation and if the community adds or changes their minds later, changes could be made.

@Lee If there's no additional activity after a few days, the likelihood that there will be in the near future drops off significantly, and you can act on whatever the present state of consensus is with decent confidence.

@Lee We wouldn't want to curb your enthusiasm by making you wait on us. (If I knew how to link a previous chat message, I would have)
