A: What is serial voting and how does it affect me?

animusonWhat is voting fraud? Voting fraud is when a single user continually voting (up or down) on many of your posts within a short period of time. This is not considered normal behavior and the system will not allow it. If it continues to happen between two certain IP addresses (voting each other up)...

^^^ FYI: Just in case anyone else feels like they need to get mods involved.

My family came from Italy, but i was born here. I'm used to cold, but here is too hot! Last week we reached 32°!
some days in the year we reach 40, 41...
That's one of the reasons I am looking for a job outside of my country, with a visa! Lol

CMW
haha
I would love a nice dry 30°+
Any beaches near you?

Not exactly near, but Brazil got some nice beaches, yes

Nobody's going to like my design work :) That won't fly.

Oh, so you focus on design?

CMW

I used to work with it. I changed my... segment? Area of work? Dunno how to say it in english. I'm currently working with frontend development...
Phonegap, for instance. Now kinect with C#
Gaming industry here is in really bad shape right now. A shame =|

workplace.stackexchange.com/questions/18027/… has any of you guys made a perfomance review on someone else?

CMW
No formal ones. I'm doing regular informal reviews with my team members (which are 1.5 people ^^), so I'm not sure my view is too helpful
Also, I would rather that question be split up in three, or two at least

i was going to ask: Does the law cover anything on the subject? I mean, isn't perfomance review a procedure that is ... regulamented?

CMW
Regulated? I'm not sure. Maybe for certain professions, but I'm guessing it may only be regulated that you have to do a review. not what form it has to be in.
Or not. No idea, really. Here in germany, most of these things only apply to companies from a certain size, and so far I've spent my career in small-ish companies and self-employed.

4:05 PM
I see :O

4:42 PM
Germany ist the best

CMW
I mean, if germany hasn't regulated this further, who has?

@CMW LOL

4 hours later…
8:29 PM
@HugoRocha No the US government has not yet regulated performance reviews... though I suspect that the current administration has that in its long term goals
