Q: Can questions that have been poorly recieved be rewritten to a new question?

This question was poorly received but the edit ultimately changes the question. I am still having trouble finding the right words to express my imagination and sometimes a comment bring it into perspective for me. Since it has no answers can I delete it and rewrite it with the correct wording? A...

The Everyday Astronaut is watching it from a good spot to watch, and will stream it from closer. He is also keeping an eye out for activity, so will be more likely to know when it will start.

Not even really a static fire.

Static fires are longer, I don't expect this to be longer then a second or two.

True. Just happy to see a Raptor fire, under a real vehicle that is intended to move in the near future, unlike its competitors (Looking at you New Glenn/BE-4, Vulcan/BE-4, SLS/RS-25, OmegA/Omi-gawd).

Once they selected the other proposal, we could have kept shopping ours around, but we would had to modify it include an aqueduct over their canal, which would be totally unreasonable.

FAA doc on Starlink has some interesting details.

SpaceX has now developed a system architecture that will be completely demisable in versions subsequent to the initial deployment of satellites, which will be comprised of fewer than 75 satellites. As discussed below, after deploying that initial design of spacecraft, no components of subsequent iterations of the satellite will survive atmospheric re-entry, reducing casualty risk to zero.

So the first 75 are built or too far along to change. That is interesting. Good signs. Assume these are post Tintin, Feb 2018 launch. Assume tehy did not start the 75 until after launch, that is say 12 months for 75. Which is 6/month or so. Which is faster than most any other satellite build I suspect, but still to slow.

But good signs.
