I'm trying to come up with an example of syntactic syllepsis using a bulleted list.

It's easy to come up with examples in Polish, so I'll give one of those as an example of what I mean.

Ten ser

* jest smaczny i

* jem.

"Ten ser jest smaczny i ten ser jem", meaning "This cheese is delicious and I eat this cheese."

It constitutes syntactic syllepsis because "ten ser" is the subject of the first part but the object of the second part.

You can't really do that specific thing in English, though, because you can't generally put the object at the beginning like you can in Polish.
