Q: Why don't pedophiles love children in the same way that Francophiles love French?

Thanks to Richard Krafft-Ebbing's Psychopathia Sexualis pedophilia only refers to the always pathological sexual attraction to children. Yet, we don't automatically assign the notion of sexual attraction to the -philia/-phile suffix in most other words. It means loves/likes/attracted to. No...

I can't decide if this question is stupid. I sort of know the answer, but I think it's a great discussion question. And, if nothing else, I worked hard to make it entertaining.

@DavidM It's (somewhat) similar to phonology: there are things that you just can't distinguish and other don't understand why you can't, and there are things that are totally different to you that others can't distinguish.

So... I don't ingest caffeine very often. I almost never drink tea and I'll have cola once a week or so (I hate the taste of coffee). But today I had insomnia, so I decided to take some paracetamol with caffeine to get me through the day (because my nasal passage is itching like hell, which the paracetamol takes care of) and let me tell you this is the worst feeling. It feels like being uncontrollably excited about nothing and horribly depressed all at the same time. Thanks I hate it.

Luckily for capitalism I'm aware enough to do my job.

I don't avoid it so much as I'm too impatient for hot drinks and water is fine. But I'm thinking this sensitivity to it... is it a plus? You can kick it forwards, but that has drawbacks because anyone in front of you when you kicked it is offside, and it's a weird shape so it doesn't always go where you meant it to.

Also there's a minimum distance to kick from a kick off

ᅙcould be your top right character (so Korean), but I can't see any of the others in Hangul or Katakana, except that the bottom row could be mirror versions of フ and ヌ, which are katakana (so fake Japanese), but then the ᅙ is not a katakana, or hiragana, and I don't think it's a Kanji either. the first symbol is a mystery to me

Is Katakana used in Korean as well as Japanese?
